Fast, Local Lockout Help
A broken key, a lock that suddenly won't turn, or keys sitting on the kitchen counter behind a locked door — we hear it every week. Because we're a local, family-owned St. George locksmith (not a national call center), the person who answers the phone is the same team that shows up to help.
Emergency services we provide
- House lockouts — non-destructive entry whenever possible, followed by rekeying if your keys were lost or stolen.
- Business lockouts — get your doors open and your day back on track.
- Desks & file cabinets — see desk & file cabinet locks.
- Broken keys — key extraction from door locks.
- Failed or damaged locks — emergency lock repair and replacement after a break-in.
- Safe lockouts — urgent safe opening when you can't get to what's inside.
V.I.P. 24 Hour Emergency Service Plans
Some lockouts can't wait for business hours: a property manager with a tenant locked out at midnight, a business that can't open its doors, or a homeowner who simply wants peace of mind. Our V.I.P. plans give members access to 24 hour emergency locksmith service. Call (435) 673-7444 to ask about plan options for your home or business.
What to Do When You're Locked Out
- Stay safe. If you feel unsafe, call 911 first.
- Call us at (435) 673-7444. Tell us your location and what's locked.
- Have ID ready. For your protection, we verify that you're authorized to access the property.
Beware of Out-of-Town "Locksmith" Listings
Some lockout ads in Southern Utah route to call centers hundreds of miles away that subcontract the job and add travel fees. Accurate Lock & Safe has a real local address at 3023 Cherry Cir. in St. George, a local phone number, and 30+ years of experience as a Certified Master Locksmith. Ask any locksmith for a price range up front — we're always happy to give one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?
Our office hours are Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM, with weekend appointments available. Around-the-clock emergency service is available through our V.I.P. 24 hour emergency service plans. Call (435) 673-7444 to ask about them.
Will you damage my door or lock to get in?
In most cases, no. We use professional non-destructive entry techniques first. Drilling is a last resort and we will always explain it before doing so.
Should I rekey after losing my keys?
If your keys were lost or stolen — especially with an address tag — rekeying is an affordable way to make sure the old keys no longer work.
